What is the most important thing to portray in an external PR communication?
In external PR communication, it is important to portray transparency, honesty, and a commitment to "doing good" rather than just "doing no harm." Crisis management should also include a sincere apology when applicable and should take ownership of past actions. Good PR strategy also uses research to speak directly and effectively to the designated audience.
