I think that AirBnb's social media is perfectly crafted for their audience. Every home that they feature through Instagram and Tik Tok is beautiful, and their videos really transport you into the setting. I appreciate their mix of humor and aesthetic in their tik tok videos, and believe that they perfectly market and already large brand.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?

While influencers are a popular way to incite FOMO, PLACES are just as effective. I live in Charleston, SC as well as NYC, two very desirable locations. I have found that the majority of my popular content comes from the display of beautiful places and travel. Planting these products in a "Day in the Life" or "Get ready with me" videos that THEN show a beautiful day in the city make consumers feel as if the products will help them to achieve the lifestyle people live in these cool places.
