I really enjoy learning about health and wellness trends. As someone with anxiety, my night routine is something that is very important to me so I am constantly exploring ways to enhance my nighttime wellness routine! A trend that I love is dry brushing! I discovered it on TikTok and it has helped my skins overall health and definitely made a difference in the appearance of my skin!
