what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
creative way I would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus is by turning product sampling into an experience rather than a handout. On campus, I would host pop-up “Get Ready With Me” stations in high-traffic areas such as student centers, dorm lounges, and before major campus events. These stations would allow students to test products in real time, receive quick application tips, and take home personalized samples based on their preferences and skin type. I would also collaborate with student organizations, sororities, and campus wellness or self-care events to integrate the brand naturally into spaces students already trust and enjoy.Off campus, I would extend sampling efforts to local cafés, fitness studios, boutiques, and community events popular with college students. Partnering with these spaces allows the brand to reach students in their everyday routines while maintaining an authentic presence. I would encourage user-generated content by creating a branded hashtag and offering incentives such as giveaways or exclusive discounts for sharing their looks online. By combining face-to-face engagement with social media storytelling, I would create meaningful brand connections that go beyond traditional sampling and leave a lasting impression.
