what's the first content idea that pops into your head?
the first content idea that pops into my head is a fun and engaging content idea like a "Candy Personality Quiz." Create a short, interactive quiz that matches users with a candy flavor or type based on their preferences or personality traits. For example, "Are you more of a sour gummy or a classic chocolate bar?" Share the quiz on your social media platforms and encourage followers to post their results, tagging your brand and using a unique hashtag like #MyCandyPersona. This not only promotes engagement but also provides insights into your audience's preferences, which can inform future product development and marketing strategies.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have managed in the past?
While I haven't managed a social media campaign yet, I'm actively learning and brainstorming ideas for when the opportunity arises. One campaign that inspires me is Coca Cola's "Share a Coke." They replaced their logo with popular names on bottles, encouraging people to find and share their personalized Coke on social media. This simple personalization strategy led to a significant increase in engagement and sales. Drawing from this, I envision a campaign for a wax melt brand for example by using a hashtag such as #MeltMyMood. Customers could share photos or videos of their favorite scents that match their current mood, using the hashtag. This user generated content would not only engage the community but also showcase the versatility of the product line.I'm eager to apply such creative strategies and learn from successful campaigns to build engaging social media experiences.

How do you stay updated on social media trends and changes in algorithms?
I stay on top of social media trends by mixing a few habits into my routine. I follow industry leaders and creators on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, since that’s often where trends break first. I also subscribe to a few newsletters like Social Media Today or Later’s blog, which give great insights without the fluff. On top of that, I make time to explore platforms directly scrolling through trending hashtags, trying out new features, and watching how brands are experimenting in real time. It's part research, part curiosity.
