Yes, I'm very comfortable speaking on the phone for a full, uninterrupted hour. I had an internship with Massachusetts General Hospital in July 2023, which was based on a clinical trial. I assisted them by making phone calls and following the prompts provided during these calls to patients. This gave me a great sense of communication skills.
