Interview Questions

Tell us about a time you built or managed an online community — what worked, and what didn’t?
I currently run a personal Instagram account where I post about food and events around my city. It took time to figure out what people where interested and something I have struggled with is posting outside my niche. It didn't work out to just start posting content that wasn't completely related to what I started my page with so I had to figure out how work in it and slowly incorporate it in so I could branch out some.
The biggest thing that has been working for me is being consistent. It has led to a lot of growth with my page and has ensured that my posts are being seen. It works to have some kind of schedule so people know when to check your page, and so people know that you still create content and are invested in what you post.

What’s your process for planning and executing a content calendar across multiple platforms?
My first step is figuring out how many posts a week I want to make per platform. Then I decide what format I want the posts to be in and how many times a week I want to post those specific formats, for example having two posts a week be a reel. The last step is figuring out what I want the call to action to be or if there is something specific I want to focus on throughout the month.

How would you use social media to attract and retain creators on our platform?
I would use social media to show off that Vidovo is made for UGC creators and why creators would benefit from using it. I would also showcase some of the previous and current campaigns to give creators an idea of the potential brands they could work with, as well as share videos that creators have done for campaigns to inspire creators and get them excited about the videos they could create.
