Can you describe a brand you think does social media well, and why?
I admire Rhode Beauty's social media strategy. The founder, Hailey Bieber, is linked to the trend of glass, glazed donut skin, in which her brand has taken full advantage of. They promoted their products with these terms to their customers who are trying to achieve that glazed donut look. They have also been able to capitalize on this trend by collaborating with Krispy Kreme, which is quite clever since they actually sell glazed donuts. Overall, the brand is very cohesive with their aesthetic, brand tone, and stays up to date with trends.

Can you provide an example of a successful content piece(s) you created that resonated with a specific audience?
When I was a marketing associate for UCI dining, I created a reel that sparked a lot of engagement from UCI students. It was a relatable reel that has always been a debate within students of which one of our two dining halls were better. I incorporated the debate in the form of one of the trends on TikTok. How do you stay updated on the latest content creation trends?
I am constantly on social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, and Pinterest. My Tiktok for you page consistently updates me with the lastest trends, whether that be pop culture, fashion, and beauty. I follow a lot of influencers, celebrities, and friends on Instagram, which keeps me in the loop, especially with Instagram stories. Pinterest is good at pointing out new fashion trends.
