Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?

Being involved as the Secretary for a student association of 300+ members, I had experience in handling technical bugs when people sign up to play that were resolved via QA reports. At the end of each month, I send out a QA report to all people that have experienced bugs asking them the issues they have experienced when applying. After evaluating the expected result vs the actual result, along with assessing the priority, I address the impact with my board and seek solutions to help fix the issue. I afterwards then document and report the issues to ensure similar bugs don't occur again.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?

I would approach identifying and document bugs in digital products by first identifying the main issue(s) that customers experience due to the bugs. Certain feedback that I would ask is the bug they are experiencing digital platform and the device they are using. I would obtain their feedback through QAs, surveys, and a comment section to describe any related issues. Afterwards, I'd then reproduce the error that the customer had, finding out which step it took place and the reason why it occurred. Throughout this process, I'd record it through screenshots and videos. Next, I'd determine the level of impact the bug may have on the platform so that developers are able to solve the issue as efficiently as possible.
