What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me wellness is a overall goal in achieving a good health mentally and physically. A couple of way I integrate wellness in my life is by getting 8 hours of sleep, another way is by hydrating, and lasting something that’s been an obstacle is trying to cut fast foods, and/or sugary foods/drinks.
