I think one incredible addition to the platform could be a page or series of post that give tip or a guide for young women on how to start a business. Beginning a business in some cases is just as hard as sustaining it especially as a young women in a predominantly male field. Having a series of post about it could help young women not only start a successful business but also feel less intimidated while doing it. It would be really interesting to potentially conduct a series of interviews with different entrepreneurs as they discuss their journey of starting their business.

I began my own non-profit called Art of Her that promotes women in the arts around Central Asia and aims to decolonise my region. Currently I have done dozens of interviews with artists, promoted several galleries, organised and held workshops and events for over 300 people and have a social media page with a following of over 5k. Art of Her began in Kazakhstan but now I ma expanding it to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. I have also worked as a social media intern for a small non-profit called Hei Butterfly making posts for their instagram. I am proficient in Canva, Procreate, photoshop and Lightroom and have previously worked with final cut pro and other video editing programs. I additionally directed the Instagram and news letter publication of my school art collective.
