I have not done client onboarding, But I do have experience in different organization's where I had to facilitate new upcoming members. It is important that new people are well welcomes and educated about mission statements, goals, and values.

I prioritize task by starting with the most important and and down from that. I believe that in a fast-paced start-up environment it is important that all work gets completed, but having a system helps the work load move efficiently.
