Share an idea for a career related short form video

“The Easiest Way to Stand Out in an Interview”

Hook: “I always got callbacks when I did THIS in interviews…”

I would share one simple strategy like researching the company’s social media and dropping something you learned into the conversation.

Closing: “It shows you actually care, and it makes you memorable.”

Can you give an example of a successful career-related content piece you have created? Please Link or attach (very important)

I haven’t created career-related content yet, but I have made successful TikTok videos around lifestyle topics. For example, one of my cooking reaction videos hit over 7k views because it was simple, relatable, and easy to watch. I’d apply the same approach to career content, keeping it authentic, clear, and something people in their 20s can relate to. I’d be excited to create my first career-focused video for Navigating Your Twenties! https://www.tiktok.com/@lexiigomez?_t=ZT-8z9XAF1mVrr&_r=1

How do you stay up-to-date with the latest career trends and advice?

I usually keep up with career trends through LinkedIn and TikTok since that’s where so many people share real, quick advice. I also check sites like The Muse or just chat with my friends about what they’re dealing with at work. Honestly, hearing what people my age are going through feels just as valuable as the formal advice, it helps me create content that feels relatable and not overly corporate.
