I am currently a team Member at target and worked with the Visual Merchandiser to change and perfect the salesfloor. At this store the space was limited so attention to detail and good collaboration was a must to create a space that was shoppable, consistent, and aesthetic. I focused on planning the style and seasonal space which were in front of the windows so choosing the right colors and products according to the season as well as the right fixtures to display them while upholding company standards was the goal. Due to space, we did this very often which required great time management and attention to detail. During my time I succeeded at creating an aesthetic, welcoming, and stress-free environment for our guests.
