What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
They assume that Gen z do not care about important things and would not read long essays to understand a topic, that is false. I personally like it when a website provides background information to their content or even to the website itself. Make use of your media kit, we need to be able to find it if need be

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is for me having a healthy relationship with yourself, it be physically, mentally or emotionally. It is about taking care of yourself and spend time with you to get to find what is nit going well and what is making you happy. I like to take time to nap during the day, it always makes me feel revitalized.
