Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
Issue: Login button doesn’t respond on iOS While testing the app on my iPhone, I noticed that after entering valid login credentials and tapping the login button, nothing happens and the user stays on the same screen. I tested this multiple times and the issue happened every time on iOS. I documented the device, app version, and steps I followed, and attached a screen recording showing the button being tapped with no response. I also noted that the same steps worked correctly on Android, which helped narrow the issue to iOS.
