Product Testing & Reviewing
You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
First, I would discover what I don’t like about the product ( texture, smell, inefficiency, etc). Next, I would do a few trial runs and if same results are found, I would notify the research team of the products brand. I would hope to communicate with the brand what the product lacked or had too much of. With my consumer feedback I hope for the brand to make changes if necessary.
