what student housing (on or off campus) would you deliver mailers to first, and why?
I would start with on-campus housing because those students are already in the center of campus life and easy to reach. Even students who live off campus spend most of their time on campus, so hitting the residence halls first gives the biggest impact. From there, I can table and build visibility for the brand.
