To me, authenticity is being original. I find that the best products are the ones that are unique and separate themselves from thousands of others which makes them so successful. I also would say authenticity is being transparent with customers and making sure that the way we present products is not sugarcoated. By doing this we show that we are genuine and trustful with our products.

There are many factors to keep in mind to create FOMO and social proof: - work on the stylization and looks on the products (the first thing a consumer sees is the packaging of the product or any creative ways it is displayed) - get multiple customer reviews on how this product has changed them (before and afters is a credible way to show that the product works) - engaging with each visitor and valuing each customer so that they can mention us and spread the word (after all the more people taking interest the increase of FOMO)
