Have you dony any influencer marketing or seeding before
Yes! In my role with Silver Needle Runway, I’ve coordinated influencer collaborations and seeding campaigns to boost event visibility and engagement. For example, before the SNR39 Theme Launch, I identified key student influencers and local fashion creators whose style and audience aligned with our “P3S9ECTIVE” theme.I reached out with personalized invites and sent them exclusive event swag and branded materials ahead of time, encouraging them to share their experience authentically on their social channels. This approach helped generate buzz, create organic content, and amplify the event’s reach beyond our usual audience. It’s all about matching the right creators with the brand story and giving them space to share in their own voice.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media
I stay on top of social media trends by mixing daily habit and intentional learning. Every day, I scroll through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter—not just casually, but paying attention to what’s catching fire, how creators are experimenting, and what audiences are responding to.

Share a brand you think is crushing it on social media. What do they do well?
e.l.f. just gets their audience. Their content is fun, playful, and never feels like a hard sell. Whether it’s goofy TikTok dances, quick makeup hacks, or collabs with creators who actually vibe with the brand, everything feels real and fresh.
I love how they keep things accessible—both in price and personality—so people feel like e.l.f. is made for them, not just for a shiny ad. Plus, being cruelty-free just adds to that “we’ve got your back” energy. It’s the kind of brand you want to follow because it’s fun and honest, not just because they have cool products.
