My approach to onboarding new partners efficiently would focus on clear communication, organization, and making the process simple for creators. First, I would provide a clear onboarding guide that outlines campaign goals, brand values, deliverables, timelines, and expectations so partners understand exactly what is required from the start. Next, I would streamline the process with organized documents or forms where influencers can quickly submit necessary information such as contact details, social media links, and payment or shipping information. I would also make sure partners have easy access to resources like brand guidelines, content examples, and key messaging to help them create content that aligns with the campaign. Finally, I would maintain open communication throughout the process by responding quickly to questions and checking in to ensure everything is on track. By keeping the onboarding process structured, transparent, and supportive, new partners can feel confident and get started quickly while maintaining strong alignment with the brand

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?
To identify influencers that align with a brand’s values, I would first look at the type of content they consistently create and whether it reflects the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and messaging. This includes evaluating their content style, the topics they post about, and how authentically they integrate products into their content. I would also review their audience demographics, engagement rates, and comment sections to understand how their audience interacts with them and whether it matches the brand’s target market. In addition, I would analyze past brand collaborations to see if the influencer promotes products in an authentic and trustworthy way rather than appearing overly promotional. Micro-creators with strong engagement and genuine relationships with their followers can often drive more meaningful results than larger accounts. By combining content alignment, audience data, engagement quality, and authenticity, I would identify influencers who genuinely represent the brand and can build credible connections with their audience.

Describe your campus involvement and greek life affiliation
I am a third-year Social Work student at The Ohio State University and actively involved in both campus organizations and brand ambassador programs. On campus, I participate in events and activations as a brand ambassador for Olive & June and Princess Polly, where I help promote the brands through social media content and in-person engagement with students. These experiences have allowed me to connect with a wide range of students across campus and build strong peer engagement around lifestyle and beauty brands. I am also a member of the Art & Resilience Art Club at OSU, which focuses on creativity, wellness, and community through art-based activities and events. Through both my campus involvement and my content creation, I enjoy creating authentic connections with other students and sharing brands and experiences that resonate with the college community.
