If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would respond professionally and politely apologizing for their negative experience. I would acknowledge the experience and any changes being made to the product as a result. Finally I would make things right by explaining we will make changes to fix the issue, or offer another product or discount for a better experience the second time.

When there is a bug in an app you use a lot what do you do. Please explain in one to three sentences.
Usually I first try closing the app and reopening it to see if that helps solve the problem. Then I would try restarting my phone. Finally I would go on social media to see if others are experiencing the same problem.
