In essence, Gen Z individuals are ambitious, purpose-driven, and globally minded. We want our careers to align with our values, allowing us to have a meaningful impact on the world while enjoying a fulfilling personal life. Flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to explore diverse cultures are key factors that shape our approach to work and career choices. For Gen Z, work is a means to live, not the other way around. Are you lactose intolerant? Have you taken Lactaid pills in the past? If so, please share your experience navigating this restriction.

Being lactose intolerant is a bit of a challenge, especially when I absolutely love dairy products like pizza and ice cream. Lactaid pills have been a savior, always tucked away in my purse and stashed in my kitchen. But let's be honest, they can be a bit of a hassle. Figuring out the right dosage can sometimes feel like a guessing game, and setting timers every half an hour can be inconvenient. There are days when I wish I could just enjoy a cheesy slice of pizza without the extra step of taking a pill. Despite the annoyance, having Lactaid allows me to indulge in my favorite foods, even if it means dealing with the occasional inconvenience. It's a trade-off, but for the love of dairy, it's a compromise I'm willing to make.
