Any and every opportunity. I usually listen to music when I’m going through something difficult, but there are times when I listen to music to focus, or whilst a run to get me motivated.

I have countless favourite songs, but one of them has to be “Too Fast” by Sonder. It makes me simply feel. Whilst listening to it, I feel nostalgia and a sense of melancholy. It’s not a feeling which can be easily described since it makes me feel adverse emotions, which are an oxymoron in itself. Yet, the timbre of Sonder’s voice, and the saxophone’s pipes in the outro, make me feel like I’m ascending. It’s almost euphoric.

I play various instruments, but I particularly favour the drums. I don’t study music per say, however, I’m well versed in it.
