Describe a time you solved a problem independently using digital tools.
I had ordered a dress from an online site and when I checked the tracking for the package it said it had been delivered but I never received it. When I wasn't able to figure it out by just looking at the tracking I contacted customer service via email to see if they were able to figure out where my package was. By having access to these digital tools get gain support I was able to get the situation figured out.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple digital tasks?
I stay organized by prioritizing what I have to do and keeping everything in one place. I keep everything on my iPad like digital calendars and to do lists. I also like to set reminders and alarms to make sure I get very little thing done on time.

What is your relationship with your hair?
I take super good care of my hair and love trying new products. I have long thick hair so it can be a lot to manage sometimes but i truly love my hair and will do anything to keep it looking healthy.
