Creator Sourcing Intern
Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
1- To start with the most traditional route, I'd use trending hashtags on IG and TikTok to identify creators who have a high engagement rate and who are on the rise.
2- Find platforms similar to Pager and check out their social medias to see what creators they are following/engaging with. I would then reach out to these creators, hoping to leverage the Pager platform above its competitors and get the first chance at working with rockstar content creators.
3- I would use Pager's current following and ask them to tag their favorite creators/influencers/someone they'd love to see working with Pager. Not only does this bring content creators to you (instead of you being the first to reach out), it also helps build engagement in Pager's pre-existing community.
