What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means doing what I personally deem necessary to make me feel good spiritually, physically, emotionally, etc. I integrate it into my life by having skin care routines, making sure I eat three meals a day, and drinking water everyday.
