Hyde’s Hail Mary
Former NFL Safety Micah Hyde: Hyde’s Hail Mary Brand Ambassador

What strategies would you use to represent the brand authentically?
To represent the brand authentically, I’d focus on being real, consistent, and relatable rather than overly promotional. I’d take the time to properly understand the product its benefits, vibe, and target audience so when I talk about it, it feels natural and confident, not scripted. Whether it’s at events or on social media, I’d communicate in a way that matches how people actually talk, keeping it easy to understand. I’d also share genuine experiences and reactions, whether it’s my own or from people trying it, so the content feels honest. Instead of pushing sales, I’d focus on creating a comfortable and open conversation, where people can ask questions and feel heard. Overall, I’d aim to represent the brand in a way that feels like a trusted recommendation, not just a promotion.

How would you engage someone curious about a THC drink but hesitant to try?
If someone is curious but hesitant, I’d keep the conversation calm, friendly, and informative, without any pressure. I’d start by understanding their concern whether it’s about the effects, taste, or safety and then explain in simple terms that it’s a low dose, controlled experience, not something overwhelming. I’d highlight that it’s non alcoholic and designed to feel light, social, and easy to enjoy. I’d also relate it to something familiar, like saying it’s more about a relaxed, mellow vibe rather than a strong high, so it feels less intimidating. If possible, I’d suggest starting slow and reassure them that they’re in control of their experience. Overall, my goal would be to make them feel comfortable and informed, so they can decide at their own pace rather than feeling pushed.

How do you build rapport with someone you've never met over DM?
When I reach out over DM, I focus on keeping it personal and genuine, not like a copy paste message. I usually start by mentioning something specific about their business like a product, post, or vibe I liked so it shows I’ve actually taken the time to understand them. Then I keep the tone friendly and conversational, not too formal or salesy. Instead of jumping straight into pitching, I try to start a conversation first, maybe asking a simple question or sharing a quick thought that relates to their business. This makes it feel more natural and less like a cold outreach. Once there’s some engagement, I slowly introduce the brand and how it could be relevant to them. Overall, I focus on making it feel like a real conversation between people, which helps build trust and makes them more open to continuing the conversation.
