Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.

In my previous role, I took on the responsibility of organizing a large-scale debate tournament focused on the insurance industry. This event aimed to bring together 100 universities, providing a platform for robust discussions while fostering engagement between debate teams and various insurance companies. As the head convener of the tournament, my primary task was to oversee and manage the entire project from inception to completion. This involved coordinating with diverse teams, including debate organizers, logistics experts, and sponsorship coordinators. The goal was not only to ensure the smooth execution of the event but also to secure meaningful partnerships with top insurance companies for brand engagement. To achieve this, I initiated a comprehensive strategy. I established clear communication channels with participating universities and insurance companies, ensuring all parties were well-informed about the event details and benefits of participation. As the lead logistics and sponsorship head, I meticulously organized the tournament schedule, managing timelines and resolving potential conflicts. In terms of sponsorship acquisition, I proactively approached and engaged with 30 prominent insurance companies. I presented the tournament as a unique opportunity for them to connect with a diverse audience of university students and demonstrate their commitment to fostering informed discussions within the insurance sector. Through persuasive communication and negotiation skills, I successfully secured $15,000 in sponsorship funds, contributing to the overall success of the event. The debate tournament turned out to be a resounding success, with active participation from 100 universities and significant involvement from top insurance companies. The $15,000 raised in sponsorship not only covered the event's expenses but also exceeded our initial financial goals. The positive feedback received from both participants and sponsors highlighted the effectiveness of my project management skills in orchestrating a complex and impactful event. This experience has equipped me with the organizational and strategic capabilities
