I do think reviews are important when buying a product. I know when I'm looking to buy a new product, I look up the reviews just so I can get a gage on different people's opinions on the specific product.

Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I didn't think gut health was something I had to worry about. That was until I started noticing some changes in my body and mood. I would be bloated after a sip of water and I was tired all the time. I started doing some research and all signs pointed me in the direction of gut health and the importance of it since it can affect mang aspects of our bodies. Now, I make it a priority in my overall health.
