What experience do you have with managing social media campaigns or content creators?

I have over six years of experience managing social media campaigns and content creation. I’ve worked with organizations like B3 Elevation, DP Marketing Strategies, Houston Area Urban League, and Kinder HSPVA Theatre, where I handled everything from website design and graphic creation to reel production and social media management. I’ve coordinated content calendars, developed creative campaigns, and guided student or team creators to maintain brand voice and consistency. For example, at B3 Elevation, I worked with small teams to manage multiple social accounts, create engaging posts, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement. I also focus on authentic, relatable content that resonates with target audiences and encourages interaction, rather than relying on generic or “bot-like” posts.

How would you recruit and engage 50 student influencers on your campus?

To recruit and engage 50 student influencers on campus, I’d take a targeted and community-driven approach. First, I would identify students who already create content in categories that match the brand – beauty, wellness, lifestyle, comedy, and campus life. I’d reach out through Instagram DMs, TikTok comments, and by connecting in person at campus events within the Theatre Arts Department, residence halls, and popular student org hangouts.
