How would you describe a successful training Process?
I would describe a successful training process as one where a majority of the population is open and understands what is going on . A successful training process is also one where the participants are more exhilarated about what they are going to undertake after the training than the way they stepped into the room. A successful training program instills knowledge and skill into the participants .
