Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
I was able to do this just this past month but a trip. I coordinated a trip for 200+ people for my college campus. Many people trust my opinion. I have also mobilized a group around a product when they see true results. I am not afraid to tell someone or a friend that I tried a product and I liked an old product or something else works better. I am passionate about improvement in life and also to come together as a community.

What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
I think this industry is always growing and as a woman in my teens/20s it is something I enjoy and as well as am educated even if it may not be intentionally.
