Why are you passionate about Home From College and why should we hire you?

I'm passionate about Home From College because a common theme within my career is connecting with individuals on a human level. I my self have had a hard time kick starting my career that I'm passionate about for the sole reason I'm still in college. I resonate with the mission of this company allowing college students to pursue their dreams. Home from College enables students to be treated equally and given opportunities that they are usually discouraged from because Home From College understands students and sees them as people rather than a number. My goal for my career is to be able to connect with individual and make a difference small or big. I want to make the workforce less like numbers on a sheet and create more humane connections this enables me to do so.

Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.

An experience where I've managed a project would be when I started my own clothing brand when I was 17. During this experience I found something I enjoyed, which was creating clothes and connecting with my friends and peers. I decided I wanted to up cycle tops and formed the idea into a brand while I was finishing up my Senior year. I learned how to creativily establish my idea into a project from beginning to end creating a successful shop that took place until I left for college.
