What role does journaling play in your life?
I utilize journaling to plan my weeks, make achievable short and long term goals for myself, and to express my emotions. Journaling has been a great outlet to evoke mindfulness and has encouraged my creativity, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.

Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.
I created a mental health awareness week for my high school community. It was designed to advocate for mental health awareness and reduce the stigma around it. I played a significant role in creating videos, and PowerPoints as well as lead the presentations during the week.
