What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?

First it is important to understand the audience: what they are looking for when following a brand, what is important to them in the content they see, all based on analyzing interactions. Second, make sure customer service on social media with existing customers and followers is on point and already in motion. Then, making sure to post daily or every other day to please analytics of platform that is being used. Lastly, make sure the content that is going out is interesting, engaging, and pleasing to the eye.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?

Analyze behavior of international audiences, translate content to languages of countries that appear most in our follower/reach analytics, make content that uses trends of other countries if they are different to those of the states, highlight benefits of our product that would apply internationally.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?

Firstly, try to create a time line of when we will post (how often per week/per day, times that work best using analytics of where followers are). Then add in the calendar when new collections are dropping, when promotions are happening so we are sure that we focus on those. Take note of when collaborations will be finished. Once we add all of those, we see what is left to complete and we fill those in with pleasing photos of our fragrances, polls, etc.
