How does fitness & wellness play a role in your daily life?
My everyday life is greatly impacted by fitness and wellness since they keep me balanced, motivated, and focused. To maintain my body healthy, I make an effort to include frequent physical activity, such as yoga, workouts, or walking between classes. In order to preserve my general wellbeing and do my best academically, I also pay attention to stress management, sleep, and nutrition.

No, but I workout everyday at the gym and do long walks around parks.

What do you enjoy to consume when you need a boost of energy?
I prefer to reach for something nourishing and satisfying when I need a pick-me-up. For natural energy, I typically go for a high-protein snack like yogurt, nuts, or a piece of fruit. Sometimes I'll have a granola bar or smoothie to give me a short boost that keeps me energized and focused.
