Can you provide an example of a branded video you've worked on and featured in ?
At Whole Foods Market, I was featured in a Cultural Champion video that highlighted team members who embody the store’s core values. I collaborated with the marketing and store leadership team to film a short video that showcased my role, work ethic, and how I contribute to the customer and team experience. It was a great example of branded storytelling that felt authentic and aligned with Whole Foods’ mission to celebrate people and community, and it was shared internally to inspire team culture across other locations.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have worked on in the past?
As part of a school project, I created and managed a social media campaign for a student-focused food deal brand. I developed and scheduled content for Instagram and TikTok, using trend-driven Reels, strategic hashtags, and clear visuals designed in Canva. Over the course of two months, we grew our Instagram following by 30% and saw a noticeable increase in post engagement, which showed that our content was resonating with our college audience. The campaign was successful because it combined consistency, creativity, and a clear understanding of what our audience valued, affordable, local food options presented in a fun, relatable way.

How do you track social media performance metrics
I track social media performance by regularly reviewing platform analytics tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics. I focus on key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and content saves or shares to understand what’s resonating with the audience. I also compare performance over time and across post types to identify trends and adjust the content strategy accordingly, whether that means posting at different times, refining captions, or testing new formats like Reels or carousels.
