Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
As a receptionist for a small clinic, everything I do is pencil and paper. I like to call patients a day before their appointment to remind them of their appointment the next day as well as taking their physical charts out for the doctor to look at prior to them coming in. I also like to make sure the invoice for treatment is processed before they get to the front desk so that their checkout process is easier and quicker and will allow a new patient to occupy their room once they leave.
