Do you track your sleep and steps?
I have tracked my activity before with an Apple Watch, but it wasn’t always reliable and the battery died pretty quickly. Now I usually just focus on staying active through things that make me feel good, but I would love to be more in the know about my health.

What is your idea of an active day?
My idea of an active day is taking a walk around campus with friends and then doing a HOTWORX class to get a good workout in. I’d probably add something fun and relaxing after, like stretching, running errands, or just spending more time outside.
