I have been a team captain on multiple teams I've played on, from high school to college. I have experience communicating in written and verbal forms with a multitude of coaches and players, coordinating team meetings, organizing schedules for strength and conditioning in the off-season for 20+ people, problem solving and mitigating team conflict, and cultivating a healthy, successful team culture. I helped lead my collegiate team to a second place finish in our conference, which is the highest finish for our program in recent history.

As a student-athlete, I've come to appreciate the many intangible skills athletics can help people develop, such as teamwork, leadership, and communication, which is why I feel the sports industry is so important and engaging.
