When evaluating micro-influencers to post for a campaign, what engagement metrics do you consider?
I would focus on the influencer's engagement rate, which is calculated by dividing the total number of interactions (likes, comments, shares) by their follower count. In addition, I would also consider their target demographic, click-through-rate, and reach.

Can you give an example of a successful Influencer or social media campaign you were involved in?
At Capitol AI (YC S2024), I led a highly successful ambassador campaign that drove significant user growth from 0 to 200,000+ users within months. I designed and executed a multi-stage ambassador recruitment process across 7+ universities, personally reaching out to 60 professional campus organizations and building a team of 30+ paid ambassadors. By tracking metrics weekly and iteratively adjusting our strategy, we achieved our aggressive growth targets while maintaining a sustainable ambassador program structure.
