Why do love ube one?

As a college student, I know that driving isn’t always the safest option, especially when going out. That’s why Uber is my go-to choice for getting around safely and responsibly.

How do you usually keep track of tasks, follow-ups, or deadlines when things are moving fast?

I’m a firm believer in honoring commitments. If I have a deadline, I’ll meet it,no matter how long it takes or how late I have to stay up. I understand that in any team, work is interconnected, and someone else’s progress might depend on mine. That’s why I stay organized with my agenda and constantly multitask, always making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.

As a member of the executive board of a student organization called CEO, where we work directly with real-world startups, my role is all about making things run smoothly. I currently serve as the marketing coordinator, but next semester, I’ll step into the role of general coordinator—overseeing all companies and teams, ensuring everything from operations to communication flows effectively. Whether it's a post gone wrong, an under-attended event, or a miscalculated sale, it all comes through me. My problem-solving skills come from an unexpected place: my experience as a volunteer teacher for kids. I’ll never forget the day one student decided to challenge me by deliberately answering every question incorrectly. At first, as a high school sophomore, I was frustrated—but then I paused, smiled, and played along. I told him every answer was right. Confused, he eventually corrected himself, proudly explaining why the answers were actually wrong. That moment changed everything. From then on, I dedicated the last 15 minutes of each class to letting one student teach the group on a topic of their choice. It was incredible to watch their confidence grow when they were given a voice and the chance to lead.
