name one thing that sets you apart for this role
I know there are a ton of amazing creators in the wellness space and I believe we all deserve a seat at the table. But if you ask me what my real superpower is, it is my proven experience in community building.
I don’t just create content; I activate it on the ground. When I represent a brand, I am actively in the wellness communities I am a part of, sharing the message and sparking real conversations.
I have also got direct leadership experience to back this up. I managed a content creator chapter in Atlanta with over 300 influencers. My job was accelerating their knowledge of the industry and helping them make a genuine impact in their own careers.
I am genuinely obsessed with wellness, too. I have been creating content in wellness for a year and love how brands like the ones Alexander represents are pushing the limits of healthy living. That mix of field leadership, hands-on community activation, and passion makes me an excellent fit for the Wellnest Community Manager role.

how you measure community building success?
conversion! Anything from 5-10% in website clicks based on the followers of the account lets me know its impactful! I also measure the amount of views as a measure of success a times. Only because algo can make it diffcult at the beginning as you try to grow the account and find the right people. And a good feed! Content is king! Good content will never go out of style!

Describe your experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Warm up the account, engage with other videos and content that aligns with the brand and more important engaging other consistency so that the algo knows that it is a real account! I have had alot of different new accounts before and the goal was to post consistency 1-5 a day Usually on the higher end at the beginning to later posting 3-5 times a week once the audience is established! Growth takes time but the videos will be top tier because of the messaging and reach the people needed to grow the community!
