Influencer Sourcing Assistant

Can you effectively and efficiently source 20-30 creators an hour (within a given niche) with a total of 14 hours per month?

Yes, absolutely. This seems like a very valuable and educative experience, and I would be sure to dedicate my time and effort to it.

What ways do you plan on sourcing creators, and how will you focus on specifically finding creators within a certain niche?

Instagram and TikTok are the first platforms I would target in sourcing creators. For example, based on the bright coloured packaging and fruit based flavours of Passion Tree drinks, the main consumer base is likely to be young women. I would therefore aim to find creators who target a similar demographic through hashtag and keyword searches. This could be words like #grwm, #girlsnight #selfcare

What interests you about this role? Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?

I have always been interested in the behind - the - scenes aspect of influencer partnerships, and I am aiming to work in the social media/marketing industry after graduation, so this opportunity seems like a great starting point. I think I am perfect for this role because I do think that I am great at identifying creators that would mesh well with certain brands. Moreover, I think my outgoing personality and eagerness to learn more about the industry would make me the perfect fit for this job
