I am passionate about this company because it is such an innovative and accessible organization for the younger generations (like myself) who otherwise have trouble finding opportunities in their dream industries. By being apart of this team I hope to be able to facilitate these opportunities to my peers. I believe I would be a good fit as I can provide a good representation of the company and find opportunities in different industries in order to gain more visibility across the population.

For my dance team we created a Legacy workshop where we brought in a number of alum to come teach dance classes for the university and our active members. I helped manage and create this by contacting all the alum and presenting them with dates and times and a contract outlining their compensation. Once we had arranged all the teachers I then created social media posts and timed their release in order to build up excitement for the event. When the time came, I helped run the different classes and welcomed our teachers.
