Dove has produced the Self- esteem project over the coarse of 19 years, and proceeded to advertise their products, while simultaneously "detoxing your feed" and stopping the normalization of toxic beauty stadnards ,especially the ones that can form between mothers and daughters. This marketing campaign has raised awareness to the impacts of social media and the effects it can have on beauty standards. It is super proactive and continuously evolving for others as the years go on, which why it is my favorite marketing campaign I have seen.

Not only am I very personable with good communication skills, but my teamwork skills and leadership motivations are prevalent enough to be able to build a team for this growing startup.

I have experience planning events for smaller groups of people on campus that are usually not open to all students. However, I would love to expand my experience by organizing events for all students on my campus.
