What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?

1. Engagement: what is keeping me on the app and why am i spending time on this app when i can be doing something different! 2. Learning: what do i gain/learn? whether it’s what is going on with the economy in 60 seconds or if there’s an upcoming sale at Bath & Body Works! 3. How does art bring value into your life currently?

I feel like I grew up not appreciating how much art brought value into my life. When we are younger, a lot of our homework or school projects involved some kind of art aspect and we always dreaded (or maybe liked) those type of assignments because they were either tedious or boring. Now, I look to art as a stress reliever and something I actually like to invest my time into. I’m not even sure why I enjoy painting, crocheting, all the things I never used to enjoy. But maybe with age and living in a world with such a fast paced environment, art allows me to slow down and remind me of the times where I was able to discover and do things for myself.
