Do you currently invest time in healthy meal prep?
Yes, I do. I make an effort to meal prep and eat healthy throughout the week while limiting added sugars and focusing on moderation. A typical day of meals for me includes eggs, cottage cheese, and avocado toast for breakfast, a protein smoothie after my workout, and chicken, rice, and vegetables for dinner. I also like to switch things up by using ground turkey as another protein source. Meal prepping helps me stay consistent with both my nutrition and fitness goals.

Why are you interested in working with us?
I'm interested in working with Legendary Foods because fitness has been a big part of my life since I was 16. Hitting my protein goals was always a challenge, especially when I was younger and struggled to gain weight despite trying my best. Because of that, I really connect with a brand that makes high-protein snacks both convenient and enjoyable. I'm also currently an ambassador for Bubble Skincare and The Mesa Bar & Grill, so I have experience creating content and representing brands. Legendary Foods is a brand I genuinely relate to and would be excited to represent.

What are two content ideas you have for Legendary Foods?
Sweet Treats That Help You Hit Your Protein Goals:
My first content idea for the audience is for people that struggle to find snacks that satisfy their sweet tooth while also helping them reach their daily protein goals without consuming excessive sugar. I would create content showing how Legendary Foods products can be incorporated into desserts, snack ideas, and everyday routines as a high-protein, lower-sugar alternative to traditional sweet treats.
High-Protein Snacks for Life on the Go:
"My second content idea is for people who have busy schedules and need convenient snack options that support their protein goals. I would create content centered around Legendary Foods products as easy, portable snacks for work, school, travel, or post-workout fuel. The content could highlight how consumers can stay on track with their protein goals even when they're short on time.
