Because I am a nutrition professional, I find great joy in chemistry and biology. I love understanding how certain things work. For example, I have Celiac Disease, and I love sharing the disease mechanism as well as how certain diseases and stress can harm our body. I love doing hands on examples in my videos to help the lay person understand topics. I feel that if you are introduced to a topic in terms you understand, you will be more encouraged to explore that topic or field.

What are you up to next semester (internships, extra-curriculars etc.)?
I will be entering my third semester of graduate school. I am pursuing my masters in nutrition and dietetics. I work full time as a special education teachers aid at a junior high. I also work closely with PISD athletics to ensure students are gaining important nutrition education, and i have secured many brand deals for the team with LMNT, Waterboy, NUUN and more. I cant wait to continue working with athletes next semester.
